$480 Full Registration, all events
$240 Student Registration, all events
All Events Include:
Thursday: Choice of one Bus Field Tour with continental breakfast at Marcus Whitman Hotel, lunch, and hors d'oerves at the reception honoring the Award winners.
Friday: Early Manhattan Field Tours
Saturday: Paper Sessions including coffee/tea and snacks. Annual meeting and closing banquet Saturday night.

In recent years, regular full registration has been closed after early registration due to tours being filled and participants have had to register al a carte.

Note – your registration and tour selections are not finalized until payment is received.
Refund Policy
Registration cancellations received before March 31, 2026, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations received from April 1 to April 24, 2026, will be refunded 50 percent.
There will be no refunds after April 25, 2026.
